Wellbeing Fridays
Wellbeing Fridays are an opportunity for you to take time out.
Every Friday we have a different wellbeing exercise which might, in itself, be exercise but we also offer fun activities, talks, or an opportunity to unwind and focus on what makes you whole, centred and happy. We run activities or events at the Harmony Centre such as:
Yoga
Cooking
Creative Writing
Nutrition
Money advice
Confidence Building
Mindfull Photography
