Access Wellbeing

Delivering support and help to people, when and where they need it.

Access Wellbeing hubs are being launched across Dorset, where you can drop-in and access support from trained wellbeing coordinators. Three wellbeing hubs are currently open in Boscombe, Poole and in Weymouth. The West Dorset Access Wellbeing Hub will be opening in Spring 2025 at The Harmony Centre and reaching out to support the West Dorset community in Bridport, Lyme Regis, Beaminster and Maiden Newton.

Focus on people living the life that they wish to live, in their community.

Early access to support can prevent concerns from escalating, and empower you to support your future health and wellbeing

Access Wellbeing aims to provide:

  • The right support – person-centred mental health and wellbeing support that can be accessed by anyone aged 18 and over

  • At the right time – access to advice and help when it’s most needed, recognising what matters most to you at any point in time

  • In the right way – a choice of ways to get help and support, including face to face and online
