Wellbeing Fridays

Wellbeing Fridays are an opportunity for you to take time out.

Every Friday we have a different wellbeing exercise which might, in itself, be exercise but we also offer fun activities, talks, or an opportunity to unwind and focus on what makes you whole, centred and happy.

At 10am every Friday we run activities or events at the Harmony Centre such as:

  • Yoga

  • Cooking

  • Creative Writing

  • Nutrition

  • Money advice

  • Confidence Building

  • Mindfull Photography

  • Feedback Friday - how Harmony can better meet people’s needs.
