Welcome to The Harmony Centre

Harmony is an award-winning charity providing friendly, welcoming and informal support for local adults of all ages who are wanting to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Now in its 10th year, Harmony is a Bridport based mental health and wellbeing charity providing support to hundreds of local people from across West Dorset each year. It offers friendly support, advice and free weekly activities at its welcoming Centre on St Michael’s trading estate as well as crisis mental health support via the Community Front Room service.

All our services are open to anyone 18 and over on a drop-in basis with no referral needed.

Our vision is to create a world where no-one feels alone in their struggles and seeking help is a sign of strength.

Harmony can offer you help and support with your wellbeing and mental health in three ways:

  • Drop-in at the Centre

  • Bridport Community Front Room crisis support

  • West Dorset Access Wellbeing service (opening Spring 2025).

Opening times

The Harmony Centre Drop-in opening times:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 10am to 1pm

Community Front Room opening times:
Thursday - Sunday, 2.15pm to 9.45pm.
